Terms & conditions

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply when you use snappro.in and the SnapPro app (“SnapPro”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a booking you agree to them.

1. What SnapPro does

SnapPro is a marketplace. Customers post photography shoots; independent photographers send quotes; customers choose and book one. Photographers are independent professionals, not SnapPro employees. SnapPro provides the platform, takes payment for bookings and pays photographers their share.

2. Accounts

3. Quotes, bookings and prices

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator. You can pay with UPI, debit or credit cards, or net banking. SnapPro does not see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Customer responsibilities

7. Photographer responsibilities

8. Photos and rights

Unless the customer and photographer agree otherwise in writing, the photographer keeps the copyright in the photos and the customer receives a licence to use the delivered photos for personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial shoots (for example product or corporate), usage rights should be agreed in the chat before the shoot.

9. Reviews and content

Only customers with a completed booking can leave a review. Reviews must be honest and must not include abusive or personal information. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

10. Things you must not do

Don't misuse SnapPro: no fraud, fake accounts or reviews, harassment, scraping, attempts to break security, or using SnapPro for anything illegal.

In messages, quotes, requests, profiles, portfolios and reviews, don't post anything abusive, threatening, hateful, sexual or explicit, anything involving minors in a sexual way, spam, other people's photos or personal details, or requests to pay outside SnapPro. We remove such content and may suspend or close the account.

Report or block: you can report anyone — their profile, a quote, a request, a review or a chat — and block them, using “Report or block” in the app. Blocking stops the two of you seeing each other's requests and quotes and messaging or calling each other. Our team reviews every report. If you're in danger, call 112.

11. Liability

We work to keep SnapPro reliable, but the service is provided “as is”. Photographers are independent and responsible for their own services. To the extent the law allows, SnapPro's total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

12. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer. Please contact us first at snappro.support@gmail.com — most issues can be solved quickly.
