Service delivery policy

SnapPro sells photography services, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped. This page explains how a booked service is delivered.

The shoot

• Your booking is confirmed as soon as your 25% advance is verified — usually within a minute. The 75% balance is paid in the app once the shoot has started.
• The photographer comes to the address you gave, at the date and time you booked, for the length of time you booked.
• You can follow the photographer's status in the app (on the way, arrived, shoot in progress, completed) and message them.

Your photos

• Photos are delivered digitally by the photographer — for example a download link — in the format and number agreed in their quote or in the chat.
• Delivery time is what the photographer stated in their quote or agreed with you. If nothing was agreed, edited photos are delivered within 7 days of the shoot.
• If something was promised that you haven't received, write to snappro.support@gmail.com with your booking reference.
