What to include
To help us reply quickly, mention your booking reference (it starts with “SP-” and is shown on your booking) and the email address you use on SnapPro.
Response time
We reply to every message within 2 working days, usually much sooner. Payment and refund questions are handled first.
Grievance officer
If you're not satisfied with how we handled an issue, or have a privacy concern, write to snappro.support@gmail.com with the subject “Grievance”. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
