Delete your SnapPro account
Last updated: 13 October 2026
You can delete your SnapPro account at any time, for free. This page explains how, and what happens to your data. It applies to the SnapPro website and the SnapPro Android app (developer: SnapPro).
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open SnapPro (the app or snappro.in/app.html) and log in.
- Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Or ask us by email
If you can't log in, email snappro.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my SnapPro account”. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it's done.
What we delete
- Your name, email address, phone number and pincode, and your login.
- Photographers: your public profile, bio, portfolio photos and videos (removed from storage within 30 days), UPI payout details and ID-check photos.
- Unused offers and rewards, open shoot requests and the notes on them, and the address on past bookings.
- The link between you and our visit statistics.
What we keep, and for how long
- Records of past bookings, payments, refunds and payouts (amounts, dates, references), without your name or contact details. Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep these, generally for 8 years.
- Chat messages and reviews on past bookings, shown as from “Deleted user”, so the other person keeps their booking history.
When you can't delete yet
To protect both sides of a booking, you can't delete your account while a shoot is booked or under way, while you owe a balance, while SnapPro still owes you a payout, or while a refund to you is being processed. The app tells you which applies. Once it's settled, you can delete.
