How it works

Four steps. No back-and-forth.

  1. Tell us about the shoot

When, where, what kind of shoot, how long, and roughly what you'd like to spend. Takes about a minute.

  2. Photographers near you send a price

Only people who shoot that kind of work in your city see it. Each one quotes their own price and can add a note.

  3. Choose by their work

Open their portfolio, read reviews from people who actually booked them, then pick. Chat with them in the app.

  4. Book and pay securely

Pay a 25% advance online to book, and the rest in the app once the shoot starts — UPI, Google Pay, a card or net banking. Plans change? Cancel before your photographer sets off and get your advance back in full.

Finding a photographer shouldn't take a week of DMs.

Right now, booking a photographer in India usually means scrolling Instagram, messaging five people, and waiting a day to hear "price in DM".

We built SnapPro so it works the other way round. You say what you need once, and the photographers come to you with a price.

Questions

Good to know.

What does SnapPro cost?

There's no booking fee for customers. You pay the price your photographer quoted, and nothing else.

How do I pay?

Online, when you book, through Razorpay's secure checkout: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit or credit card, or net banking. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. We never see your card details or UPI PIN.

How do I know a photographer is any good?

Every photographer has a portfolio you can look through, and ratings come only from customers who booked them and finished a shoot. Photographers we've checked ourselves carry a verified badge.

Which cities are you in?

SnapPro works anywhere in India. You'll see the photographers who have joined in your city. We're new, so some cities have more choice than others right now. Post your shoot anyway. Anyone who joins in your city while it's open will see it too.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel before your photographer is on the way and your 25% advance is refunded in full to the account you paid from. After they've set off, you get half of it back. Full details are in our cancellation & refund policy.

Does my address get shared?

Photographers only see your city and pincode when they quote. Your exact address goes to the one photographer you book, and nobody else.

Something went wrong. Who do I talk to?

Write to snappro.support@gmail.com and a real person will get back to you.
